We provide a diverse approach to addressing trauma and related issues. Our individual therapy sessions are customized to find what works best for you, allowing you to work one-on-one with a Level 2 Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Groups offers the added benefit of support from others who are also on their healing journey. Additionally, we offer course subscriptions that deliver the same high-quality care and content as our group therapy sessions, available on demand for those unable to participate in group or individual sessions.

Individual Services

$0-$150

Cash pay sessions are at $150 per 55 min. hour. If using insurance the cost will be your standard copay for mental health providers. I strongly recommend that you reach out to your insurance provider to determine what your plan's coverage is for mental health services.

Individual one on one sessions are held either in office or via telehealth. Intake and initial assessment appointments are typically 1.5 hours.

Adult Group Services

Initial assessment and intake will be billed as individual service units. Each group will be held weekly. Group times will be offered during normal daytime business hours and during the evening. You do not need to attend both as the weekly session topic will remain the same.

Adult Group Topics are currently limited to:

  • Domestic Violence Survivor

  • Domestic Violence Perpetrators

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Trauma Treatment

  • Seeking Safety
